Here is version 2 of the Washington State URL Interface PHP code for making destination sales tax lookups. This version
is an improvement over version 1 in that it handles the error responses possible from an invalid lookup, as well as letting you
access individual values of the returned data without having to loop through an array. To access the file, enter your email and the name
of the site on which you will be implementing/using the code. In order to use the code, we simply ask that you credit us with a link
